Xinobi emerges from the studio for the release of brand new single ‘Helium’.

In a year that has included Xinobi releasing an expanded edition of his hugely acclaimed last studio album ‘On the Quiet’, and seen him re-collaborating with Gisela João, on a remix of her ‘Tábuas do Palco I’, as well as remixes for other eclectic artists such as Luca Musto (on ‘Toledo’), Omri Guetta & Omer Tayar (‘Trip In’) as well as recently releasing a new EP ‘Morangos’ on Frau Blau, 2021 has been prolific to say the least, as Xinobi tops it off with Helium before he heads back in to the studio to finish his next studio album.

In the meantime, he is so excited to be bringing you some fresh music - a pitch-perfect slice of Minimal, off-kilter House music. Helium’s coarse, prowling drums cradle deft, ghostly arps as tall, haunting organs loom aloft throughout; the culmination of which, helps create this dark and dense, off-beat atmosphere that's as unnerving as it is downright seductive.

It feels like a vital Xinobi track, one that more than deserves its place amongst all the other brilliant releases he has provided this year. Next year will bring the release of his next studio album, more on that very soon, before then we have ‘Helium’, a track that had to see the light of day and it will, as Xinobi rounds off a year that still might have a couple more surprises in store.
